1 dash Salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon liquid sweetner
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar Blend Sucrella

Combine the egg, peanut butter, brown sugar, liquid splenda, vanilla, salt until it's all smooth.
Then mix in the baking soda, mix until all smooth and then stir in the vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes, then add the chocolate chips. It's definitely not the same consistency of regular cookie dough, it's more like cake batter at this point. Once it cooks it turns into a nice, soft, gooey cookie.
All in all it works out to about 4 carbs per cookie. They're not the same texture, but they're still delicious.
